Service at the front desk was occasionally unhelpful, particularly regarding local transport and the ZTL zone, making our arrival less smooth than expected. Additionally, dining options were limited, lacking an inviting bar or restaurant ambiance.

A Cozy Gem with Outstanding Service

Enjoyed three peaceful nights in the Premium Double Room. The staff offered incredible recommendations, especially Milo at the front desk. Don’t miss the outdoor terrace for breakfast. the pastries were divine! Just be aware of stair access for some rooms if mobility is an issue.

I had a lovely stay at this intimate hotel in Florence. The unique room decor and charming garden. The noise from outside could be distracting at times. It was a good experience during our Italian getaway.

The personalized smartphone provided by the hotel made navigating Florence effortless. Dining in the tranquil garden was a highlight, although the breakfast selection could have introduced more variety over our stay.

The hotel messed up our room reservation, forcing us into a room with a noisy environment between the office and warehouse. The shower was outdated, and the windows couldn't open, making it unbearable. When we asked for a different room, we were outright denied, which was incredibly frustrating given the circumstances.

The hotel is in a lovely, safe neighborhood just a short walk from many of Florence's famous attractions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast options and the peaceful garden filled with lemon trees, which provided a perfect spot for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff was helpful in arranging family-friendly activities, making our stay even better. We were able to enjoy the nearby park, which was perfect for our kids to play.

I truly appreciated the easy 15-minute stroll to the iconic Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the peaceful park views outside my room where I could watch families enjoy their day, making it a relaxing retreat after exploring the bustling city.

Charming stay near the action!

Spent 4 nights here and loved it! My room had a great view of the park, which was super peaceful. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was legit! Just a short walk to the center. Only bummer was the long hike to Duomo, about 20 mins. Still, totally worth it for the vibe!

I found the Hotel Regency, Small Luxury Hotels Of The World charming and elegant, featuring lovely decor and spacious lounges that are easily accessible. The beautiful courtyard is perfect for relaxing, and the staff were exceptionally attentive throughout my stay.

A gym would have been appreciated for seniors.

Breakfast was particularly delightful, especially when enjoyed in the garden, featuring a lovely selection of food including fresh salmon. On the downside, although the location was quiet, additional charges for egg dishes at breakfast seemed excessive compared to similar hotels. Check-in was a bit rushed as well.
